First of all I thank to practo for helping us to find a best Diabetologist " Dr. Nilesh TAYADE ". I just want to share my own experience. My 50 years old aunt was suffering from diabetes since last eight years . Her sugar level was extremely high, She had gained weight and her legs used to swell usually . We were worried for her, unaware of knowing what can be done for her, I ended up booking an appointment at Mithaas clinic on 12 Aug . It was our first visit at Dr. Tayade's clinic . In the first visit we felt that Doctor has remarkable experience in this field. His knowledge and experience assured us that my aunt will be cured. Doctor spent valuable time with the patient to understand her history and explained her well how small changes in day to day diet can help her . He gave her a diet chart and exercise chart which she is following till date. Dr.Tayade prescribed medicines which are safe to consume ,easily available. He gave us good treatment Our next appointment was on 26 Aug . To my our surprise , My aunt's sugar was controlled , she had reduced 4kg in 14 days and best thing is She was feeling better and confident . I higly recommend to visit Mithaas of Dr. Nilesh TAYADE. It was the best experience of my lifetime, when I visited Dr Nilesh. I'm Diabetic since 9 years, with always sugar levels of >300 [PP] / >250 [F] & enormously high HbA1c - even after being on treatment with local Diabetes Doctor. I visited many Doctors/Diabetologist/Experts, but all was absolutely in vein. I visited to doctor Nilesh and explained about my wife condition that she is suffering from Diabetics and the complications she is facing. He listened each and every details and cross question and noted each and every detail. He gone through my wife reports and then done check up. Then he made a chart that need to be followed includes what to eat and at what time etc. He given us lot of time and given us lot of attention and we felt that we are right place. I consulted Dr. Nilesh Tayade for my Mom who was suffering from high fever, since 2 days. Being Sunday, we couldn't meet Dr. Tayade in person. However, he was generous enough to give his consultations over a Video Chat. He immediately suggested some blood tests and upon receiving the reports, he also prescribed medications accordingly. With his prescribed medicines, my Mom started feeling better just within a day. To our surprise, Dr. Tayade also called us up the following morning to know if my Mom feeling better. Dr. Nilesh has a very unique way of treatment. He gave detailed schedule to my uncle who had high sugar. More than medication, he emphasised on his diet including what and when to have through out the day. He also categorically suggests type of physical excercises to be undertaken during the day. I really thank you doctor for helping him to control his sugar in very les time. 🙏
Just like the Clinic Name "Mithaas" Dr. Nilesh is equally sweet with his patients and always approachable.
